Our smoked kielbasa contains 100% pork seasoned with mustard seed, garlic, and spices. We smoke these over applewood for hours, so they have a nice smokey flavor.
Included in this is 2 pieces (1 pound) of our kielbasa. Product is fully cooked. We like to slice it up and put it in a pan with our greens, so the fat and flavors season our greens.
